Hyamax® CaHA Lido Injectable Facial Implant is indicated as a deep dermal and subcutaneous soft tissue filler for facial contouring and repair by correcting the patient’s facial soft tissue deficiency.
Description:
Hyamax® CaHA cross-linked calcium hydroxyapatite hyaluronic acid gel is a non-surgical semi-solid facial filler composed of 70% semi-solid gel and 30% calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres. Calcium hydroxyapatite is an inherent component of the human body, biocompatible, forms the injection site of the baby’s natural tissues, the effect lasts longer than other fillers. And rarely appears inflammation or rejection, high safety, can be completely metabolized and absorbed by the human body. At the same time, it can induce the formation of collagen and elastin, which become new scaffolds, collagen fibers and new collagen matrix can work together to fix the microspheres and prevent the microspheres from moving, and there is no risk of displacement.
Hyamax® CaHA cross-linked calcium hydroxyapatite hyaluronic acid gel fills in lines, wrinkles and skin depressions. It gives volume to the jaw and shapes the jawline. It also increases skin elasticity by stimulating the growth of collagen and elastin, which increases skin support.
Contraindications
• Injections in the eye contour (eye circles, eyelids)
• Injections into blood vessels
• Patients suffering from untreated epilepsy
• Pregnant or lactating women
• People under 18 years of age
• People prone to hypertrophic scarring
• Patients with known hypersensitivity to HA
• Patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or amide-type local anesthetics
• Patients with porphyria
• Injections in inflamed and/or infected areas such as acne, herpes, etc.
• Simultaneous laser therapy, intense pulsed light, chemical peels or dermabrasion
• Presence of a significant inflammatory response to superficial peeling
• Coagulation defects or those undergoing anticoagulant therapy
• Overcorrection
• Individuals with unattainable expectations
Precautions
• The Hyamax® family of products should never be used for breast augmentation or for implantation into bone, tendon, ligament or muscle.
• Due to the lack of sufficient clinical history to characterize the tolerance of the Hyamax® family of products in patients with a history of past or current autoimmune disease, multiple allergies or anaphylactic shock. Physicians are strongly advised to prescribe this product with caution on a case-by-case basis, carefully considering the nature of the disease.
• Patients with a high risk of hematoma.
• Patients taking anticoagulants* Needle punctures may cause cold sores in patients with previous episodes of facial herpes.
• If you are taking aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. St. John Wortor Be aware of high doses of vitamin E supplements before treatment or any similar medication, which may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site.
• Use of this product is not recommended in patients with acute rheumatoid arthritis with cardiac complications and in patients with a history of recurrent strep throat.
• It is strongly recommended that you do not apply any makeup or touch the treated area for 12 hours after injection.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, as well as extreme heat or cold until the initial swelling and redness have subsided.
• Hyamax® family products should never be injected into an area where permanent fillers or implants are present.
• At present, there are no clinical data to describe the efficacy and tolerability of this product when injected into an area previously injected with another filler product.
• Physicians should take into account the fact that this product contains lidocaine.
• Due to the presence of lidocaine, the combination of Hyamax® CaHA Lido with certain drugs that reduce or inhibit hepatic metabolism (cimetidine, beta-blockers, etc.) is not recommended.
• Due to the presence of lidocaine, Hyamax® CaHA Lido should be used with caution in patients showing signs of cardiac conduction disorders.
